O house of David, thus saith the Lord; Execute judgment in the morning, and deliver him that is spoiled out of the hand of the oppressor, lest my fury go out like fire, and burn that none can quench it, because of the evil of your doings.

O house of David, thus says YHWH: ‘Judge with justice in the morning, and deliver the one plundered from the hand of the oppressor, lest My fury go forth and burn like the fire, so that no one can quench it—because of the evil of your deeds.

The Lord told the royal family of Judah to treat people fairly or face His anger.
Instead of performing a miracle for David's dynasty, God planned to hold them accountable for their sins.
