The LORD within her is righteous; He does no wrong. He applies His justice morning by morning; He does not fail at dawn, yet the unjust know no shame.
Traditional
The just Lord is in the midst thereof; he will not do iniquity: every morning doth he bring his judgment to light, he faileth not; but the unjust knoweth no shame.
Literal
YHWH is righteous within her; He will not do injustice; morning by morning He gives His justice; at the light He is not lacking; the unjust one is knowning no shame.
Latin
Dominus justus in medio ejus non faciet iniquitatem; mane, mane judicium suum dabit in lucem, et non abscondetur; nescivit autem iniquus confusionem.

He does nothing wrong, unlike those mentioned in Zephaniah 3:3–4.

Zephaniah delivers a message of sorrow for Judah and Jerusalem. He advises them to wait patiently for God's fair judgment.
