Notes

I am sending the promise of My Father: The Old Testament prophesied that God would pour out his Holy Spirit on all people (Isaiah 32:15; Jeremiah 31:33; Ezekiel 36:26–27; Joel 2:28–32). This prophecy came true on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:14–21).
