Notes

dishonest measures: Merchants sometimes used two sets of weights, one heavy and one light to cheat customers (Deuteronomy 25:13–15). The Bible clearly states that God detested this practice (Proverbs 11:1; 16:11; 20:10, 23; Micah 6:11).
