You must not pervert justice; you must not show partiality to the poor or favoritism to the rich; you are to judge your neighbor fairly.
Traditional
Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honour the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.
Literal
You shall do no injustice in judgment; you shall not lift up the face of the poor, and you shall not honor the face of the great; in righteousness you shall judge your neighbor.
Latin
Non facies quod iniquum est, nec injuste judicabis. Non consideres personam pauperis, nec honores vultum potentis. Juste judica proximo tuo.

Notes

In a legal case, judges were not to favor either the poor or the rich. Justice had to come first at all times (see Exodus 23:3, 6).
