You must treat the foreigner living among you as native-born and love him as yourself, for you were foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am the LORD your God.
Traditional
But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.
Literal
As a native from among you shall be to you the sojourner who is sojourning with you, and you shall love him as yourself, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt. I am YHWH your God.
Latin
…sed sit inter vos quasi indigena, et diligetis eum quasi vosmetipsos: fuistis enim et vos advenæ in terra Ægypti. Ego Dominus Deus vester.

Notes

The Israelites were once foreigners living in Egypt. God commanded them to remember how the Egyptians mistreated them and show love to the foreigners (see Deuteronomy 10:19).
