And YHWH will answer and say to His people, “Behold, I am sending to you the grain and the new wine and the oil, and you will be satisfied with them, and I will give you no longer to reproach among the nations.

Notes

grain, new wine, and oil: God would restore the land's produce. This would provide the elements needed for sacrifice and worship (see Joel 1:10, 13). God would also remove the invading armies from the north.

God promised to restore the material life of his people in the near future. He would refill their fields, orchards, vineyards, and flocks.
