So that the Lord could no longer bear, because of the evil of your doings, and because of the abominations which ye have committed; therefore is your land a desolation, and an astonishment, and a curse, without an inhabitant, as at this day.

And YHWH could no longer bear it, from the face of the evil of your deeds, and from the face of the abominations that you have done! And your land has become as a desolation, and as a horror, and as a curse, from there being no one dwelling there, as this day.

Notes
The destruction of Judah and Jerusalem was not because the Lord could not provide prosperity. Instead, he could no longer tolerate the people's disgusting actions.
This group of Judeans in Egypt had cut ties with the one true God of Israel, leading to their condemnation to death.
