And they will bring all your brothers from all the nations as a gift to the LORD on horses and chariots and wagons, on mules and camels, to My holy mountain Jerusalem,” says the LORD, “just as the Israelites bring an offering in a clean vessel to the house of the LORD.”

And they shall bring all your brethren for an offering unto the Lord out of all nations upon horses, and in chariots, and in litters, and upon mules, and upon swift beasts, to my holy mountain Jerusalem, saith the Lord, as the children of Israel bring an offering in a clean vessel into the house of the Lord.
Literal
And they will bring all your brothers from all nations as an offering to YHWH—on horses, and in chariots, and in covered wagons, and on mules, and on camels—to My holy mountain of Jerusalem,” says YHWH, “As the sons of Israel bring an offering in a pure vessel into the house of YHWH.”

Notes

When God reveals his glory to all people, the nations join in God’s plan of redemption. They can even serve as priests and Levites before him. The godly from all nations last from generation to generation as they serve the living God.

Here, the Lord responds to the prayer in Isaiah 63:7–64:12.
