Surely they will say of Me, ‘In the LORD alone are righteousness and strength.’” All who rage against Him will come to Him and be put to shame.

Surely, shall one say, in the Lord have I righteousness and strength: even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.
Literal
‘Only in YHWH—of Me He said—are righteousness and strength!’” They will come to Him and will be ashamed, all those raging against Him.

Notes

In this context, the people include everyone who seeks salvation from the Lord, even those from other nations (Isaiah 45:22).

Salvation comes only from the Lord. He is the creator, the revealer, and the one who carries out his will in human history. He promised to start a new era of salvation and righteousness (see Isaiah 45:8). Every person will submit to God, either by choice or not (Isaiah 45:23–24).
