Who hath wrought and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I the Lord, the first, and with the last; I am he.
Literal
Who has worked and accomplished? The One calling the generations from the beginning: “I am YHWH, the first and the last; I am He!”

Notes

The Lord invited the nations to a trial to show that he alone is God. They could not defend themselves as he announced that a king from the east (Isaiah 41:2) would defeat Babylon, allowing Israel to return.
