Notes

Paul reminded the Galatians who it was that was speaking to them. He was the apostle of Jesus Christ who represented the Lord to non-Jewish people and first preached the good news to them.

The Judaizers were a group who believed in following the law of Moses. They taught that following the law would earn God's favor (compare Acts 15:1). However, this approach actually leads to separation from God. True righteousness comes to those who live in Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.
