Notes

The wise avoid mistakes because they are honest and compassionate (Psalms 15:5; 37:23–24). People will remember them for a long time (Proverbs 10:7).

This psalm repeats the themes of wisdom and the fear of the Lord (Psalm 111). Wise people have reasons to be happy (Psalm 112:1–5) and strong (112:6–10).

The word Hallelujah! is repeated throughout this group of psalms.
