All the men allied with you will drive you to the border; the men at peace with you will deceive and overpower you. Those who eat your bread will set a trap for you without your awareness of it.

All the men of thy confederacy have brought thee even to the border: the men that were at peace with thee have deceived thee, and prevailed against thee; they that eat thy bread have laid a wound under thee: there is none understanding in him.
Literal
Up to the border they will force you—all the men of your alliance; they will deceive you and prevail against you—the men at peace with you; those of your bread will set a trap for you; there is no understanding of it.
Latin
Usque ad terminum emiserunt te: omnes viri fœderis tui illuserunt tibi: invaluerunt adversum te viri pacis tuæ, qui comedunt tecum, ponent insidias subter te; non est prudentia in eo.

English

Notes
men allied with you (literally men of the covenant): Edom should have been Israel's ally, but instead, Edom made a covenant with Babylon.
men of peace (paralleling men of the covenant): This was a fitting form of justice. Edom betrayed Israel, and later, Babylon betrayed Edom in the same way.
The Babylonians destroyed Jerusalem completely. Edom shared in the loot, so they deserved the same punishment (see Obadiah 1:15–18).
