Notes

Mount Zion: God's people would climb his holy mountain to rule over (or to judge) the mountains of their ancient enemy Edom. This would be a sign of the coming universal kingdom.

History moves toward a day when the Lord will rule over the whole world as his kingdom. This message gives hope to God’s people and warns the nations that ignore him.
