And it shall come to pass, after that I have plucked them out I will return, and have compassion on them, and will bring them again, every man to his heritage, and every man to his land.

And it will come to pass after I uproot them, that I will return and have compassion on them, and I will bring them back, everyone to his inheritance and everyone to his land.

I will...have compassion on them: Even other nations, no matter how wicked, can recover after facing disaster.
