So shall they fear the name of the LORD where the sun sets, and His glory where it rises. For He will come like a raging flood, driven by the breath of the LORD.
Traditional
So shall they fear the name of the Lord from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him.
Literal
And will they fear from the west the name of YHWH, and from the rising of the sun His glory. For He will come like a torrent being pressed, as the Spirit of YHWH drives it along.
