He also glorified: Elsewhere in this passage, the glory Christians will experience is always in the future (8:18, 21, 23). The past tense refers to a decision God has already made. God has decided in the past that he will glorify us in the future.
Christians have not yet received their full inheritance. However, the Father has firmly and permanently decided to share his glory with us.
