The LORD has issued a command concerning you, O Nineveh: “There will be no descendants to carry on your name. I will cut off the carved image and cast idol from the house of your gods; I will prepare your grave, for you are contemptible.”
Traditional
And the Lord hath given a commandment concerning thee, that no more of thy name be sown: out of the house of thy gods will I cut off the graven image and the molten image: I will make thy grave; for thou art vile.

And YHWH has given a command concerning you: “No longer will be sown forth of your name; from the house of your gods I will cut off the carved image and the molten image; I will dig your grave, for you are of little account.”
Latin
Et præcipiet super te Dominus; non seminabitur ex nomine tuo amplius: de domo Dei tui interficiam sculptile, et conflatile; ponam sepulchrum tuum, quia inhonoratus es.

English
The LORD has issued a command concerning you, O Nineveh: “There will be no descendants to carry on your name. I will cut off the carved image and cast idol from the house of your gods; I will prepare your grave, for you are contemptible.”
Notes
no descendants: Nineveh would be completely destroyed. Cutting off a person's name and leaving him without descendants meant total destruction (1 Samuel 24:21; Job 18:17; Isaiah 14:22).
None of Assyria’s respected gods could save Nineveh from God's death sentence.
God was already preparing a grave for Nineveh and guiding Assyria’s enemies to destroy the city. Assyria’s proud cities fell one by one to the combined attacks of the Chaldeans, the Medes, and the Ummanmanda. Nineveh itself fell in 612 BC.
