Notes

  • A farmer would scatter seed and then plow it into the soil.

  • The seed that fell on a walking path did not remain in the soil, so it was stepped on and eaten by birds.

The parable of the farmer scattering seed shows that people respond in different ways to the message of Jesus about God’s kingdom.
