While He was still speaking, someone arrived from the house of the synagogue leader. “Your daughter is dead,” he told Jairus. “Do not bother the Teacher anymore.”
Traditional
While he yet spake, there cometh one from the ruler of the synagogue’s house, saying to him, Thy daughter is dead; trouble not the Master.
Literal
…of Him still speaking, someone comes from the synagogue ruler, saying, “Your daughter has died; trouble the Teacher no longer.”

Notes

These two accounts of healing show that Jesus has authority over disease and death. They also show the power of faith.
