Get thee unto Pharaoh in the morning; lo, he goeth out unto the water; and thou shalt stand by the river’s brink against he come; and the rod which was turned to a serpent shalt thou take in thine hand.
Literal
Go to Pharaoh in the morning. Behold, he is going out to the water, and you shall stand to meet him by the edge of the River. And the staff that was turned into a serpent you shall take in your hand.

Notes

The first plague was the plague on the Nile, when the whole river turned to blood (7:20). The Egyptians correctly understood that without the Nile there would be no life in Egypt. They worshiped the Nile as the Mother of Egypt, but God showed that life is his to give or withhold.
