Notes
The psalmist standing on solid ground represents salvation (compare Psalm 143:10).
in the congregations: This means in the great assembly at the temple (Psalms 26:6–8; 22:25).
In this personal lament, the psalmist prays for redemption because of his innocence and the Lord's justice.
