He who robs his father or mother, saying, “It is not wrong,” is a companion to the man who destroys.
Traditional
Whoso robbeth his father or his mother, and saith, It is no transgression; the same is the companion of a destroyer.
Literal
One robbing his father or his mother and saying, “There is no transgression,” he is a companion to the man bringing ruin.
Latin
Qui subtrahit aliquid a patre suo et a matre, et dicit hoc non esse peccatum, particeps homicidæ est.
