You are to rise in the presence of the elderly, honor the aged, and fear your God. I am the LORD.
Traditional
Thou shalt rise up before the hoary head, and honour the face of the old man, and fear thy God: I am the Lord.
Literal
Before the face of the gray headed you shall rise, and you shall honor the presence of an old man, and you shall fear your God. I am YHWH.
Latin
Coram cano capite consurge, et honora personam senis: et time Dominum Deum tuum. Ego sum Dominus.

Notes

In ancient times, people respected the elderly for their wisdom (Job 32:7). Respecting the elderly also shows respect for God.
