So the redeemed of the LORD will return and enter Zion with singing, crowned with everlasting joy. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee.

Therefore the redeemed of the Lord shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.
Literal
And the ransomed of YHWH will return, and they will come to Zion, with singing and with gladness everlasting on their heads; gladness and joy will overtake them; sorrow and sighing will flee.
Latin
Et nunc qui redempti sunt a Domino, revertentur, et venient in Sion laudantes, et lætitia sempiterna super capita eorum: gaudium et lætitiam tenebunt; fugiet dolor et gemitus.
