Modern
They will not pour out wine offerings to the LORD, and their sacrifices will not please Him, but will be to them like the bread of mourners; all who eat will be defiled. For their bread will be for themselves; it will not enter the house of the LORD.
Traditional
They shall not offer wine offerings to the Lord, neither shall they be pleasing unto him: their sacrifices shall be unto them as the bread of mourners; all that eat thereof shall be polluted: for their bread for their soul shall not come into the house of the Lord.
Literal
They will not pour out wine to YHWH, and their sacrifices they will not be pleasng to Him—like the bread of mourners to them, all those eating it will be defiled. For their bread is for their own soul; it will not come into the house of YHWH!
Latin
Non libabunt Domino vinum, et non placebunt ei. Sacrificia eorum quasi panis lugentium; omnes qui comedent eum, contaminabuntur: quia panis eorum animæ ipsorum: non intrabit in domum Domini.

Notes

In exile, the Israelites could not offer proper sacrifices because any sacrifice in a foreign land was considered unclean and defiled.
