And the first of all the firstfruits of all things, and every oblation of all, of every sort of your oblations, shall be the priest’s: ye shall also give unto the priest the first of your dough, that he may cause the blessing to rest in thine house.
Literal
And the first of all the firstfruits of all things, and every contribution of all things from all your contributions, it will be for the priests. And the first of your dough you shall give to the priest, to cause to rest a blessing on your house.

Notes

The priests belonged to the Lord and received support from a share of the temple's sacrificial offerings. They did not own land or property. The Lord was their inheritance. The people supplied their needs with the firstfruits of harvests and various temple offerings.

Now that the glory of the Lord had returned to the temple, access was critical. Who could approach this holy God? Like Ezekiel 43, this chapter focuses on the temple’s entrances and exits, as well as the duties and procedures for its use.
