And the king spoke to Gehazi the servant of the man of God, saying, “Recount, please, to me all the great things that Elisha has done.”

Notes

Gehazi used to be Elisha’s servant. He had risen in status to serve the king. Even though Joram often opposed Elisha, he seemed curious about the amazing things Elisha had accomplished.
