Each of the four gospels focuses on different parts of the final moments of Jesus.
He yielded up His spirit: Jesus gave up his life willingly. This shows his authority, since he chose the moment of his own death (see also John 19:30).
Jesus had cried out again (see Matthew 27:46): This final loud cry was the last prayer of Jesus (see Luke 23:46).
