παρ-ίημι

1. to pass by or over, let alone, disregard: Luke 11:42.

2. to relax, loosen; pass., to be relaxed, weakened, exhausted: παρειμένας χεῖρας, Hebrews 12:12 (LXX ἀνειμ-).
