ὀρθοτομέω, -ῶ

to cut straight, as a road (τ. ὁδούς, figuratively, Pr, ll with). Metaphorical, τ. λόγον τ. ἀληθείας, 2 Timothy 2:15 (V. Ellic. and CGT, in l; not found elsewhere).
