(ζεύγνυμι),

fit for joining. As subst.,

(a) ζευκτήριον, τό = ζυγόν, a yoke;

(b) ζευκτηρία, -ας, ἡ = ζεύγλη, the crossbar of a double rudder: Acts 27:40 (found nowhere else).
